1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Smooth Alkaline Water provides high-quality alkaline water delivery services including:

• Pay-what-you-can water donations
• 1.3 gallon water bags and 5 gallon water jugs (containers sold, water FREE)
• 3-month trial membership plans
• Kangen water machine sales and business opportunities

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information
• Payment is required at the time of order
• Membership plans are billed monthly for a 3-month trial period

4. Delivery

We deliver to the Hercules, CA area and surrounding Bay Area cities. Delivery times may vary based on location and demand. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe.

5. Containers

You purchase the containers (water bags and jugs), and the water is FREE. Containers remain your property. Refills are available at 50% off the original container price.

6. Membership Plans

Membership plans are 3-month trial subscriptions. At the end of the trial period, you may upgrade to purchase your own Kangen water machine. Memberships may be cancelled at any time with notice.

7. Refunds and Returns

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on returns and refunds. Kangen machines have a 30-day return policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Smooth Alkaline Water and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Smooth Alkaline Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
